Owl Cricut Academy - Spring 2025 - Grades 3, 4, 5
NOTE: Projects taught in this class will be a repeat of the Winter 2025 Session. If your child has already taken this class in the Winter 2025 Session, please do not enroll your child for the Spring 2025 Session.

Welcome to the Owl Cricut Academy for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders! Get ready to embark on a creative journey where imagination meets technology. In this interactive club, young innovators will harness the power of the Cricut cutting machine to bring their artistic visions to life!
What we do:
In Owl Cricut Academy, we apply a hands-on experience designed for young crafters who are eager to explore the world of design, crafting, and technology. Throughout the program, participants will learn how to use the Cricut machine to design and cut vinyl and construction paper for a variety of projects.
Projects:
-Custom Bookmark: Unleash your creativity as you design and cut a personalized bookmark. Crafters will learn how to transform their ideas into a functional and artistic book accessory.
-Greeting Card: Create heartfelt greetings with a personal touch. Participants will craft their own greeting cards using the Cricut machine, incorporating intricate designs and personalized messages for family and friends.
-Canvas Tote Bag: Take home a one-of-a-kind canvas tote bag adorned with your own designs.
-3D Paper Flower Magnets: Crafters will make beautiful 3D paper flowers by rolling Cricut-cut spiral shapes into stunning blooms, complete with a magnet on the back for a decorative touch.
Learning Objectives
-Gain hands-on experience with the Cricut cutting machine and other Cricut tools.
-Develop design skills, craftsmanship, and cultivate creativity.
-Understand the basics of working with different art mediums including vinyl.
Materials:
All necessary materials, including Cricut machines, vinyl, and crafting supplies, will be provided. Participants only need to bring their enthusiasm and eagerness to create!
